Registration for the conference

Registration for the conference is now opened. You can register for the conference by completing the registraton form which can be downloaded here. After being filled, please send the registration form to the email address climate_change@iasi-germany.org.

Registrations due date is 17th September 2010 at the latest. The conference is only for registered atendees. No on site registration. The registration fee includes:

  • admission to the conference
  • morning and afternoon coffee breaks 
  • lunch and dinner
  • a set of conference kit

Note on the registration fee

IASI g.e.V. has a right to issue a donation statement (Spendenbeschenigung).  You can therefore submit this donation statement to the finance authorities (Finanzamt) so that you can refund your contribution fee for this conference in your tax report (Steuererklärung).

Delegates must personally book and pay any hotel and trasnporation costs separately. Once we have received your registration, an invoice will be sent to you by email.
